Così come previsto dal DECRETO-LEGGE 23 luglio 2021, n. 105 recante “Misure urgenti per fronteggiare l’emergenza epidemiologica da COVID-19 e per l’esercizio in sicurezza di attività sociali ed economiche”, dal 6 agosto fino al 31 dicembre 2021, l’accesso alle attività culturali e ricreative (al chiuso o all’aperto dove si svolgono eventi quali concerti o altri generi di manifestazioni) è consentito ai maggiori di 12 anni solo attraverso la presentazione della Certificazione verde COVID-19 (cosiddetto Green Pass).

IMPORTANT – GREEN PASS!

As required by the DECREE-LAW 23 July 2021, n. 105 on “Urgent measures to deal with the epidemiological emergency from COVID-19 and for the safe exercise of social and economic activities”, from 6 August until 31 December 2021, access to cultural and recreational activities (indoors or outdoors where events such as concerts or other kinds of events take place) is allowed to those over 12 years old only through the presentation of the COVID-19 green certification (so-called Green Pass).

There is a route marked with cones and participants have to do the route (round trip) twice.

Riding Seduto

Una gara short con il percorso dritto dove i partecipanti partono tutti insieme e devono gareggiare potendo mettere i piedi solo su un footpad.
I partecipanti possono stare a quattro zampe o con il piede avanti e mani dietro. L’importante è che i piedi tocchino soltanto un footpad.

Riding Seated

A short race with a straight course where the participants all start together and must compete by being able to put their feet only on a footpad.
Participants can stand on all fours or with the foot forward and hands behind. The important thing is that the feet only touch a footpad.

Ruba Bandiera

Ogni partecipante avrà una bandana leggermente legata alla cintura. Dopo 10 minuti il partecipante che ruba più bandiere vince il primo posto.

Capture the Flag

Each participant will have a bandana lightly tied to their belt. After 10 minutes the participant who steals the most flags wins first place.

Gli atleti devono arrivare al area onewheel (7) venti (20) minuti prima dell’inizio della loro gara.

Bandiera rossa / interruzione della gara

Se la gara deve essere interrotta per qualsiasi motivo, a discrezione del direttore di gara.
Gli atleti devono mantenere la calma e collaborare con gli ufficiali di gara.
Nessuna interferenza esterna da parte dell’Athlete Support Crew (team manager, amici o sponsor) per quanto riguarda le operazioni di gara.
L’interferenza può comportare la squalifica di un atleta.
Gli atleti possono tentare di cambiare attrezzatura durante l’interruzione.
Gli atleti che sono chiaramente la causa dell’interruzione non potranno ripartire. Questo sarà determinato a discrezione dei direttori di gara sulla base delle informazioni disponibili.

Race stoppage

If the race must be stopped for any reason.
Athletes must remain calm and cooperate with race officials.
No outside interference from Athlete Support Crew (team managers, friends, or sponsors) in regards to race operations. Interference may result in an athlete being disqualified.
Athletes may attempt to change equipment during the race stoppage.
Athletes who do not clear the racing circuit in a timely manner will not be allowed to restart.
Athletes who are clearly the cause of the red flag will not be allowed to restart. This will be determined at the Race Directors’ discretion based on available information.

I primi 3 atleti che concludono la gara devono presentarsi direttamente in zona podio (6) subito dopo la gara.
La cerimonia del podio inizia subito dopo l’inizio della prossima gara.

Condotta generale

Gli atleti devono comportarsi in modo che non sia offensivo in alcun modo nei confronti degli altri partecipanti, spettatori, funzionari o volontari.
Gli atleti devono trattare tutti i partecipanti, i funzionari, i volontari e gli spettatori con equità, rispetto e cortesia.
Gli atleti devono seguire immediatamente tutte le indicazioni ufficiali di gara.
Se la condotta di un atleta è ritenuta offensiva, l’azione disciplinare può comportare una sanzione.

General conduct

Athletes must conduct themselves in a manner that is not offensive in any way to fellow participants, spectators, officials, or volunteers.
Athletes must treat all participants, officials, volunteers, and spectators with fairness, respect, and courtesy.
Athletes must follow all race official directions immediately.
If an athlete’s conduct is deemed offensive, disciplinary action may result in a penalty.

Anti-doping
I riders appartenenti a tutte le categorie all’atto dell’iscrizione dichiarano sotto la propria responsabilità che non commetteranno una violazione del doping come definito dalla World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) e che al momento non stanno scontando una squalifica per motivi connessi all’assunzione di sostanze vietate considerate doping.

Anti-doping
The riders belonging to all categories at the time of registration declare under their own responsibility that they will not commit a doping violation as defined by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) and that at the moment they are not serving a disqualification for reasons related to the intake of banned substances considered doping.

Certificato medico sportivo / Tesserino agonistico
Tutti i corridori dovranno presentare il tesserino della propria federazione o ente di promozione sportiva o la copia originale di un certificato medico sportivo (attività agonistica) in corso di validità oppure firmare al momento del check-in, un’autocertificazione che sollevi l’organizzazione da ogni responsabilità sanitaria.
Tutti i corridori sono consapevoli che non potranno partecipare senza uno dei suddetti documenti.

Sports medical certificate / Cycling license
All runners present their federation or sports promotion body or a copy of a valid sports medical certificate (competitive activity) or sign at the time of check-in that relieves the organization of any health responsibility.
All runners are aware that they will not be able to participate without one of the documents.

INFORMATIVA

Durante le gare sarà presente il servizio ambulanza con personale di primo soccorso e medico. La rilevazione dei tempi sarà effettuata tramite servizio di cronometraggio elettronico.
Il partecipante all’atto della preiscrizione prende atto e accetta che la partecipazione è volontaria ed a proprio rischio e gli organizzatori così come tutti coloro che collaborano alla manifestazione declinano ogni tipo responsabilità prima, durante e dopo la manifestazione, anche contro terzi per fatti a loro non direttamente riconducibili e si assume tutte le responsabilità per le azioni compiute durante lo svolgimento dell’attività e per le conseguenze che dovessero derivare da suddette azioni, sia civilmente, che penalmente che personalmente, esonera gli organizzatori della manifestazione da ogni tipo di responsabilità per danni alla propria persona e/o a terzi e/o cose, si assume la completa responsabilità personale sul proprio stato di salute ed è consapevole che è obbligatorio essere in possesso di un valevole certificato medico sportivo per attività agonistica e prende atto che gli organizzatori declinano ogni responsabilità in caso venga fornita una falsa dichiarazione per sé .
